When do you request an update?
- There is an error on a Fresh function e.g. Service Request etc.
- The information on a Fresh function has changed and needs updating
- There is a Service Request or other function that is missing from Fresh Service
How do you request the update?
1. Email Julie Khan
Julie Khan is the main point of contact for updating Fresh Service: Julie.khan@hays.net.nz
Send an email to Julie with the below:
• Name of Service Request/Update
• Name of squad the request is for
• Give a description of the contents – be specific
2. Tell your senior
Let your senior know that you have emailed a request to Julie. Your senior will then fill and send a form to Julie with further information. The information your senior requires is:
Which Squad is the request for?
Is the request for a Service Request or other?
Please explain in detail the nature of your request.
Have you emailed the request?
Send this information to your senior so they can fill in the form correctly and pass on to Julie.
Escalation point for no response
Follow up with your leader if you do not hear anything back from Julie.
